Arnica Montana 7% - Trauma, muscle pain & stiffness, swelling from injuries, discoloration from bruising
Apply a thin layer of Arnigel as soon as possible to the painful area and massage gently until it is fully absorbed.
Re-apply once or twice a day, or as needed.
